A highly useful utility for Chinese LGA2011-3 motherboards. Features:
- Enable overclocking (for unlocked CPUs) and allow undervolting directly from the BIOS
- Restore access to memory timings
- Fix Smart Fan not working after waking from sleep
- Add Resizable BAR (ReBAR)
- Change the boot logo and disable the startup beep
- Remove or restore BIOS write protection
- Dump and flash the BIOS
Where to find the voltage control menu after flashing
In the BIOS settings, usually under IntelRCSetup, there should be an “OverClocking Feature” menu containing:
- Processor > Core Voltage Offset — core voltage offset in mV; pay attention to the sign/prefix.
- CLR/Ring > CLR Voltage Offset — cache (ring) voltage offset in mV; pay attention to the sign/prefix.
- Uncore > Uncore Voltage Offset — System Agent voltage offset in mV; pay attention to the sign/prefix.
- SVID/FIVR > SVID Support — disabling this is equivalent to enabling “SVID/FIVR Bug” in S3TurboTool.
Warning! Not all BIOS versions are compatible with Ultimate Patcher Tool. Some features may not be available on every BIOS version. There is a risk of bricking the board; if this happens, recovery will only be possible with a hardware programmer.
If you prefer to minimize risk and don’t have a hardware programmer on hand, avoid using the Turbo Boost unlock and the overclocking enable features. The safest method is to perform the unlock via S3TurboTool, which is generally considered the least risky approach.
